Apple will soon launch new entry-level MacBook


Apple is planning to launch the new entry-level MacBook soon by the end of year 2018 at the company's developer conference WWDC.

The new upcoming entry-level MacBook will come with same specification as the MacBook Pro's 13.3-inch display which comes with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels.

The shipments for this upcoming MacBook model are expected to reach four million units by the end of year 2018.


University of Arizona tracks student ID cards to detect his chance of being drop out


The University of Arizona is tracking students ID card while swiping to find out which students are more likely to drop out.

The card data tells researchers how frequently a student has entered a residence hall, library, and the student recreation center, which includes a salon, convenience store, mail room, and movie theater.

There is a sensor embedded in the student ID cards which are given to every student attending the university.

Researchers will use the data to lower the dropout rates in the university.


Microsoft Teams will integrate with Cortana, soon to add transcription and translation features


Microsoft will soon come with new features which will allow users to record, transcribe and save meetings to the cloud.

Also integration with Cortana will increase the importance of voice-based computing in the workplace and within business productivity applications.

The integration with cortana will also allow users to easily make a call, join a meeting or add people to meetings using natural spoken language.


Airtel launched its VoLTE Services in Kolkata


Airtel announced its VoLTE or Voice over LTE services in Kolkata.

The telco company claims that it will support over 100 4G smartphone models.

Airtel VoLTE works over 4G and will allow customers across the city of Kolkata to enjoy HD quality voice calls.

Airtel VoLTE will be compatible on 4G smartphones from popular brands like Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, and Xiaomi, etc.
