Idea offering Cashback worth Rs.2000 on all new 4G Smartphones to beat Airtel and Jio


The telecom company Idea is offering a Rs.2,000 cashback for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers on buying a new 4G smartphone.

Idea's new offer allows the subscriber to avail the new cashback offer on 4G smartphones of their choice.

To avail the new Idea Cashback offer, both prepaid and postpaid subscribers need to perform a recharge of Rs. 199 or above each month for the first 18 months, which totals to Rs.3,000, to receive cashback worth Rs.750.

The remaining cashback of Rs.1,250 will be credited at the end of next 18-month period if the total recharge amount for the period comes to Rs.3,000.


Elon Musk Quits OpenAI Group to Avoid Conflict with Tesla


CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk has quit the board of OpenAI group.

OpenAI Group is a non-profit Artificial Intelligence research company which aims to promote and develop the friendly AI which benefits the humanity and was founded by Elon Musk.

Its research has been wide-ranging from teaching computers to control robots with minimum instruction to the creation of AI agents to play popular video game Dota.

Elon Musk will depart the OpenAI Board as Tesla continues to become more focused on AI and this will eliminate a potential future conflict for Elon but he will continue to donate and advise the OpenAI group.


A Image-Based Diagnostic tool may aacelerate the diagnosis of eye diseases and pneumonia


A new image-based diagnostic tool which is developed using artificial intelligence AI and machine learning techniques, may speed up the diagnoses and treatment of patients with retinal diseases and pneumonia among the childrens.

The new tool usesthe big data and AI to not only recognise two of the most common retinal diseases which is macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema but also to find their severity in human body.

The new tool can also distinguish between bacterial and viral pneumonia in children on the basis of chest x-ray images.


Airtel and Huawei conduct First 5G network test trial in India


Airtel and Huawei have successfully conducted India’s first 5G network trial test which was set up at the telco's Network Experience Centre in Manesar, Gurgaon.

Abhay Savargaonkar who is the director of Networks, Bharti Airtel said the test is small but a very significant step in our journey towards 5G.

He also said the promise of 5G is endless as it will be a game changer and will change the way we live and work.

Airtel also planning to begin collaboration towards 5G interoperability and development testing (IODT) which is based on the 3GPP R15 standards.

5G R15 focus on eMBB which is responsible for the key building blocks which helps to support services like virtual reality and ultra high definition video.
