Vodafone today launched a new prepaid plan which competes with the recent plan proposed by Airtel and Idea telecom operator. At Rs 158, the new data plan is available for customers in the Kerala circle. While the plan does offer data and unlimited local/national calling, but there is no SMS benefit with this plan.
The prepaid plan of Rs 158 offers you unlimited voice calls including Local, STD, and roaming calls within India. You will also get 1GB data/day 4G/3G for a validity of 28 days. The plan has a little twist that the unlimited voice calls benefit comes with only 250 minutes/day, and 1,000 minutes/week.
On the other hand, Rs. 151 prepaid pack gives you an upgraded offer that is unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS messages per day, and a total of 1GB data, with a validity of 28 days.
An interesting fact is, Rs. 158 prepaid plan offers 28GB of data with just Rs 7 more than Rs 151 prepaid plan which offers only 1GB of data for 28 days.
